Everyday Make-Up

Hiya everyone, I thought I'd just do a post on my everyday look and the products I use!
So here we go.

Foundation

I've recently changed my foundation and I've tried Collection Lasting Perfection Foundation, in the shade 02 -  Ivory, however it's a bit darker than the standard Ivory shade. It's very different than my previous ones, you need literally the smallest amount ever, because it has a very good coverage, but if you put too much it can look very 'caked', so it's best to practice at home before using it out! But overall, this is a good foundation, and is very good value for money as it is just £4!!

Powder

I've been using the Rimmel Clear Complexion powder for ages now, and it's still one of my favourites, it lasts ages, (sorry for the picture!) and gives a really nice finish over your base. I use the shade 021 - Transparent, and it matches your foundation shade really well, and blends well with a good powder brush! I'd definitely recommend trying out The Body Shop's brush range! Overall, I'd definitely recommend this powder, and I think it's around £4!

Concealer

I've never been a big fan of concealer, so I've never splurged out on a good one, so was presently suprised when I managed to pick this one up for £3.25 in the ASOS beauty sale. It's the Rimmel Stay Matte Dual Action Concealer in the shade 030 - Classic Beige, however it comes off a lot lighter
than you'd expect! It's an easy to blend, effective product, and I would definitely recommend it!

Cheeks

Depending on my mood, I change between a Bronzer and Blusher.

This is the Maybelline Dream Sun powder selection, and I really like this! The range of shades make it easy to apply and achieve the natural look, and this is around £6!

This is the HD Brows Blusher, I received this in a Glossybox (see previous posts!) and even though I do like this product, I think it can be quite hard to get used to, as due to its bright shade, it takes a bit of practice in order to give yourself a natural glow, rather than your cheeks being too pink!

Eyeshadow

I love this gorgeous little kit I picked up from Benefit, it's the Luv It Up, but unfortunately they don't sell it anymore :( the colours are so gorgeous, and you also get a cream eyeshadow, and a mini lip gloss! The shadows are really pigmented, and you even get a little booklet that gives you tips on how to apply them! I picked this up for £19, and I use it all the time and would definitely see if you can find one online anywhere!!

Mascara

I have two favourite mascaras, and swap and change between the two all the time! The one on the left is the LancĂ´me Hypnose (featured in my last post!) and I really like this mascara as it really separates your lashes making your eyes look much bigger, and it's not clumpy at all. You can pick this up for around £17 I think!

The one on the right is Sublime De Chanel, this is such an amazing product and I'm so glad I finally decided to get it, it has a really thick brush, but has no clumping at all, and with a single layer it really brings attention to your eyes, and gives the impression of false lashes, but not over the top! This is £23 from any Chanel supplier.

Both of these mascaras are lovely products, and I would definitely recommend them both, as they both have different effects!

Lips

To finish off my look, I apply a little bit of Rimmel's Kate Moss Lipstick in shade 08, this is a lovely dusky pink shade, and is perfect for a bit of colour, but still to complete a natural look, it lasts all day, and doesn't dry your lips out at all! You can pick this up for £5.99!

So there we go, these are all of the products I use on a day to day basis, if you have any questions/ recommendations for me, then please leave a comment below, or ask on my Instagram/twitter, where you can find me here - @jesssnook

Thank you for reading! Lots of love, Jess xxx
